How difficult is it to use the MileSAAver vs. AAnytime points on international flights if you book at least a few months in advance? Are these MilesAAver points just fraudlies that don't exist on decent flights?
Can my wife and I both open Citi AAdvantage cards and each hit the bonus? Or will they prevent that?

I'm new to the MILES game so I'm still figuring this out.
This chart says I can get a business/first class ticket to Europe for 57,000 Milesaaver points:

The current bonus on the Citi card I'm looking at is 50k points for spending $4k in a few months. So essentially if my wife and I each open a card and spend $14k we can get two free first class tickets to Europe? Seems too easy.
