I went to a ski shop to get some equipment before it gets expensive in the fall and the owner said that people are buying equipment without ever seeing it and asking him to hold onto it until winter. The property market around my parents’ house has absolutely exploded. Even MFH didn’t feel that bad when I went through there to pick up some stuff I left behind.
