(Total sums to more than 100% because the real estate is about 60% leveraged for the investments and 70% leveraged on the primary.) |

I like real estate that makes rent, or grows food, as an inflation hedge for sure. But raw land feels more like speculation, I don’t imagine development will be very active in the hyper scenario. |

If you've just got raw land, you're a few steps (and generally a fair amount of work) away from that land producing anything at all, unless it’s just hunting grounds. |
