Gemini has gotten better at shitlaw

Had Gemini Pro 2.5 look at both drafts and pick one, it said they're both shitty and absolutely DO NOT SEND EITHER. Gave me a huge list of bulleted feedback and cited actual bar ethics / rules. I told it to just write the damn thing itself from scratch
Then I showed the Gemini draft to Claude and GPT and both were like "oh yeah that's way better than mine" |

It scolded me the other day when I asked it about some different options in a case. It was like “absolutely don’t even consider this one thing as an option it’s the dumbest possible thing you could do” and then wrote a long article about why and made a chart of all the choices I had and the different outcomes at various stages.
