I have a pretty good idea for a blockchain project. How to make it happen?

Don't worry about programmers, you don't need a functioning product whatsoever. Focus on the most important stuff first:
1) A slick looking website, complete with a "team" page with a healthy mix of Asians and Indians to show you are legit.
2) A cool name coin name, something that indicates huge potential, like KONGCoin, but make sure the K-O-N-G actually stands for something techy sounding so people know you are serious.
3) Advanced looking graphs and flow charts for your white paper. The text doesn't matter at all. In fact, you can steal it from another shitcoin whitepaper. Just make sure you put "Decentralized Exchange" above the flowchart that has a big green circle and multiple arrows all pointing to "TOKENS."
