i am most afraid of cardano, personally. ouroboros sharding is the monster prophesied by the flippening mystics. zilliqa is too much of a wild card still--not sure how much traction it will gain. i am sure its mcap will be in the multi-billion range but does that mean 3 or 30 or 130?

which are you most afraid of?

Genuinely the only reason I'd say it won't be zilliqa is because it has a goofy name. Cardano sounds much more prestigious

it helps that Cardano actually has white people on the team who can write words that elucidate ideas instead of just having a website which says "BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY DISTRIBUTED" or something.

it's annoying that it's written in haskell though. while neat it significantly limits the potential number of outside contributors

Good points

I'm BULLISH on bismuth medium to long term because it's written in python (and python is incredibly and increasingly popular) and dragonchain because it's operable with a whole bunch of languages apparently

Did you know red-lang is having an ICO? I hadn't heard of red before its ico tbh but the idea of a programming language having an ico for itself is mingboggling, imagine if python had an ico for itself. It would be HUGE

EOS is really the only one with a chance -- it was designed to be a faster version of ETH

Integration > technology at this point

ICON, Wanchain, + Aion could collectively trump Ethereum, assuming you have apps that bridge between them. Very professional teams and foundations that will try to make moves.

Tezos might be too far behind. It offered potential last year but there are like 5+ blockchains offering even more nowadays, and their foundations aren't incompetent and have/will have way more partnerships before Tezos even launches.

Chinese blockchains seem too insulated to effectively break out into the western markets, although NEO has a first mover advantage of sorts. It doesn't seem like it would outpace Ethereum growth enough at any point in the future to overtake it, though.

EOS looks like it might have a better chance the Cardano, but it does seem more focused on pumping coin price, which could be detrimental.

None. ETH's first mover advantage is too strong at this point. There are too many projects built on top of it. It's the Windows of blockchains.
