icx is probably a long-term zero, could come back bigly in the next crypto bubble in 3-5 years.
most of the asian scamcoins that ico'd in the past year or so are just that. the reason icx, neo, trx, etc. did so well during the bubble is b/c they attracted the speculators most gullible to price increases. in a bubble the crappiest assets tend to rise the most. you never buy a shitcoin to hold long term.

that + it takes about 3 years before institutions get comfortable with investing in a fund. 2017 spawned a lot of crypto hedge funds. will take 3 years or more for institutions to get comfortable and for the back office and regulatory issues to be clarified.
i expect blue chip cryptos will be the main beneficiaries of institutional interest. btc, eth, maybe ltc, xrp, bch. xtz, zil have an outside shot at getting yuge.
there's so much we don't know about how things will unfold so take my predictions with a huge grain of salt.
