Zug, 31 January 2018 – The Board of the Tezos Foundation has unanimously appointed Lars Haussmann as its third member. The Board will now update the Foundation’s operational and organizational arrangements and will continue working to advance its mission to develop and promote the Tezos ecosystem.

Lars Haussmann is Head of Corporate Management and Company Administration at Haussmann Treuhand AG. He has extensive experience in corporate management, administration and accounting matters, in demanding complex situations. Mr. Haussmann is a non-executive director of various Swiss companies with international interests in different industries. Mr. Haussmann’s breadth of experience will undoubtedly contribute to the Foundation’s continued forward progress.

With the appointment of Mr. Haussmann to the Foundation, the Board is fully constituted under the applicable statutes. The Board will now focus on setting up operational systems and organizational arrangements for the Foundation, including updating its administrative and accounting processes. These steps will allow the Board to further the Foundation’s central mission, the development and promotion of the overall Tezos ecosystem.
