Zil is essentially just a concept, and from what I've read here its potential value comes from (1) the developers cranking out sharding faster than ETH can and/or (2) the crypto bubble blowing even bigger. also how will they convert the erc-20 ZIL tokens when mainnet is released? do they have a cutoff date and freeze the smart contract on that date with no more trading and allocate tokens based on whoever is holding ZILs at that point? |

I’m not sure how they’ll do the conversion. Obviously our wallets won’t support the ZILCoin, so assume they’ll be exchangeable with a ZIL specific wallet. But I really don’t know. I’m sure they’ll explain in due time |

reason i struggled is bcos i know that i am being irrational and doing emotional investing. and it bothers me. was not going to buy on 25th then i fomoed like crazy. got pissed off at myself. now i exceeded the amount of money i wanted to put into crypto. so loathing myself for the lack of discipline right now
its not the 7 or 8K in USD that was giving me a pause and making me conflicted
