1. coinbase is in a position to expand its business model with cash/talent. it has a duty to keep up w/ latest technology
2. coinbase mafia has ties to 0x. brian armstrong is very close with olaf of polychain, a big investor in 0x. 3/4 advisors to 0x are ex-coinbase, 2 of them started the company w/ brian armstrong
3. coinbase has clear vested interest in capturing/collaborating w/ competitors
4. brian armstrong has stated his intent to help expand the ethereum ecosystem, and is bullish on ethereum
5. 0x fits perfectly in coinbase's listing criteria

like 3%.
right now i think kyber is a good one week play as a version of its mainnet launches soon. i also think Rchain has some potential and its still pretty small. most of the money in crypto right now is in presale ICOs, however.
here is my watch list for future cryptos. i might be out of crypto by the time some of them come out tbh:
tezos
orchid
blockstack
cosmos
dfinity
filecoin
basecoin

Sounds like a bit of a reach, but Coinbase now is getting desperate with Robinhood and, soon, FairX on the scene. Apparently they just allowed increased deposit limits and higher instant buys now.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more shitcoins listed on there --- at least SF-based Stellar.

I see this rumor around a lot, but have a hard time making sense of it. Isn't there something odd about a centralized exchange listing the token of a decentralized exchange? Seems there are a lot better candidates out there. Coinbase has a BOD who isn't going to just be like oh, there are coinbase people at 0X, let's list em!
Could I see some kind of 0X partnership or integration with Radar Relay to facilitate trading alts? Sure, but I tend to think Coinbase is cautious and will wait for more of a sense of what the regulatory landscape looks like. This is pure guesswork, so I would love to hear other views.
Either way, a good project, but not sure I'd buy it hoping for Coinbase.
