How do you define "easily"? I'm sure that the Republicans will do everything in their power to slow down the nomination, but short of murdering a Democratic senator in a state with a Republican governor, there is nothing they can do to stop it.
The more interesting question is how many Republican votes the nominee will get assuming that they don't find any skeletons in her closet. My guess is that Collins and Murkowski vote for confirmation. Maybe an institutionalist like Graham as well. But maybe 4-5 Republican votes max. Weird that Breyer was confirmed unanimously not even a generation ago.
