Vance fucked up too by saying he wanted it built in Ohio. Congress hasn't appropriated funds for this yet and Vance is already saying he fought hard against Huntsville. And Hunstville is cheaper but it's hard to convince engineers to live there. If we want to beat China, Ohio makes more sense. |
