Yeah… 28nm by 2030. I think they can currently only do 90nm or more?
Meanwhile Intel is doing 5nm in Arizona and demonstrated 1.8nm right here in 2025. SK Hynix mass produces 10nm and smaller for dirt cheap. TSMC is at 3nm and moving to 2.
In short Russia—in 2030–will be about where the Western world was in 2005 or so. |
