why make lawyers copy-paste these long lists instead of just amending the rules of evidence to include a list of objections presumed to be raised in response to various types of discovery requests? Seems like it would save a lot of ink

the court system is a goddam disaster and insists on hundreds of inefficiencies to remain afloat, the fake objections in depostions are particularly egregious
