AMD kills them too if you have more than 2 monitors. Coverage of AMD cards is spiked with disinfo about "bad drivers," as if this company just perpetually hires the shittiest programmers to write drivers. They are getting shit on by Intel in the desktop area all of a sudden, and it's not just on the CPUs but the whole architecture. AMD can't get on dat PCI 5.0 tip fast enough. They also need a new hole to fit their chips into, and their existing chips won't run in whatever they put out that claims to compete with Intel. You can either spend $1500 on Intel + Nvidia (or maybe even an AMD GPU since they're not bad), or you can buy a $500 AMD chip that plays games the same or better. |
