Supervising these guys is so much work and their health insurance costs like $27k/year and if they’re competent they’re like “$400k, champ, or I jump ship 😏 “ and they have chaotic resumes with one job every 11 months. And btw the yen is weak so paying these Nerds is even more expensive if they’re not cash flow positive.
