Know a bro who, in the past five years, lost his .gov job, took a bit of a furlough to work on his own projects, then got that same .gov job back. It was crazy but he's determined to Make America Great Again.

Probably 15% don't work the kinds of jobs at which one is "continously employed" for 5 years

Of the remaining 45%, my guess is:

After 1 year: 75% still in same job

After 2 years: 60% in same job

After 3 years: 50% in same job

After 4 years: 40% in same job

After 5 years: 37% in same job
