I don’t think red meat itself is bad for you, per se.

A lot of times, it’s served grilled, which introduces carcinogens. And often drenched in butter, which can be bad in terms of cholesterol.

There are other concerns, like hormones beef are injected with.

Certainly humans evolved to eat red meat—the question is just how much.

And I think there may be different health implications of eating it while you are in ketosis versus mixing it with carbs. (I think eating meat and vegetables and being in ketosis is probably the healthiest way you can live, as shown by weight loss and blood pressure results.)
