Woke up on Sunday morning and I was a complete wreck. I started sobbing during the Sunday Morning News shows that my wife had just on in the background. She caught me in the bedroom uncontrollably crying. I told her to just leave me alone. I went back to the woods by myself Sunday afternoon. I walked along and I came to realize that it's always in the darkest corners that God's grace shines the brightest. I also had some flashback-type experiences. Gemini told me that I should seek medical attention and described my symptoms as severe emotional dysregulation that could be secondary to cptsd. In other words, I'm a nutjob. |
