He has a recruiting company (that exclusively focuses on recruiting cybersecurity recruiters) with like 50 recruiters that all recruit cybersecurity recruiters. I looked him up and he lives in a New Caanan mansion he bought for $5 million two years ago. Professional services/technology services is absolutely insane.
