Your "natural" supplement stack:

Magnesium glycinate: synthetic GMO corn.

Vitamin D3: cholecalciferol from irradiated sheep grease.

Fish oil: hexane-extracted industrial trawler waste.

Zinc picolinate: petroleum-derived chelation.

B-complex: coal tar synthesis.

Probiotics: freeze-dried dead bacteria.

None of it is natural. All of it is marketing.

Real nutrients come from real food. That distinction costs the supplement industry $50 billion a year.

Creatine monohydrate is synthesized from cyanamide and sarcosine.

Cyanamide is a fertilizer chemical. Sarcosine is a cosmetic surfactant. Combined under industrial conditions to form the "performance enhancer" in your pre-workout.

Your kidneys process synthetic creatine as a foreign compound. Creatinine levels rise. Liver works overtime to clear what red meat provides in its natural matrix.

Men over 40 with already-stressed kidneys are adding industrial chemical load to organs that need less burden, not more.

10oz of grass-fed beef contains 1-1.5g of creatine your body fully recognizes. No cyanamide required.
