Date: April 21st, 2026 8:42 PM Author: https://imgur.com/a/o2g8xYK If one Government official gets named by a judge in a published opinion, and the judge says that person did something unlawful, and the judge awards a pile of money to some rando, a whole fuckload of other people might now be able to plausibly claim they were "injured" by that same Government official, and they may also seek compensation from the Government. This incentive to keep people's names out of the public record doesn't exist to the same degree in other workplaces I'm aware of.
