Would like to know the steps. How long ago was the ticket purchased? Why did they wait a week after Charlie's conviction? Smart move would be to flee same day, amid the disorganization. Did they purchase with credit card? Are all financial transactions of heretofore unindicted co-conspirators tracked? How prompt is the notification? Could they have bought and escaped if same day?
Or was there a passport flag put in place ages ago? Probably, but SA comment indicates he had enough time to make considerations, consult LE, make a decision... suggesting he knew for a time.

Obv example is a witness saying where the gun was thrown and then the gun is found and DNA tested.
State had their theory and sufficient evidence to get Rivera’s plea.
Then with Riveras testimony they convicted Garcia and Katie, during which trials Wendi was hostile and contributed nothing to aid the state.
Then with Katie’s testimony they convicted Charlie, during which trial Wendi contributed nothing of merit.
I think it would be hard for her to argue that anything the state uses in her prosecution came from her immunized testimony.
Furthermore, I believe they can prove she perjured herself, which probably violates the agreement and Renders immunity null. Examples of perjury - never told Lacasse certain things, never turned down Dans street day or murder, etc |

Charlie was a pretty circumstantial case without Rivera and Katie turning on him. Wendi is even less connected and would need some eyewitness testimony that she knew about and helped plan the murder. And I'm not sure that even that testimony would be enough, Charlie would be an absolute gold-mine for cross examination. |

On the day of Donna Adelson's arrest, one of Charlie Adelson's friends contacted the State Attorney's Office in Tallahassee to tell them about a conversation they had with Donna and Harvey Adelson the night before, court records show.
The couple called the friend to discuss the few travel plans they had, and to ask for advice about flights and places to stay. Harvey Adelson told them not to mention any of their plans to their son.
"This family friend has known the Adelsons for over 10 years and has never had longer than a five-minute conversation with Donna or Harvey," records say. "They found the contact very strange."
When Donna Adelson was arrested, FBI Agent Pat Sanford — who has been a key witness for the state — confiscated her phone.
"Donna attempted to pull away and prevent him from grabbing it," a search warrant affidavit states. "Donna said she was told not to give her phone to law enforcement."
Leon Circuit Judge Stephen Everett, who presided over Charlie Adelson's trial, signed a search warrant allowing investigators to search her phone for anything after June 2012 to now.
"The data being sought is any that would further the investigation into the communications and actions of Donna Adelson during the crime and of any events related to this incident before the crime occurred," records say. |

For crying out loud, my wife and I have discussed plans for how we would flee the country and avoid extradition if we ever needed to do that, and we've never committed any crimes.
