Someone mentioned MU a few years ago. When Trump tanked everything with the tarriffs, I bought $100k of it down around $62. I sold it today at $216 a share. It’s gonna go up more I think but I just sold my old home in July that I got during covid that everyone made fun of me about. I had a 2% interest rate. Made about a 200k profit on the house. I had more kids so I needed a bigger house. Got a big house in July but at 6.7%.
Was still good with money because I had that down payment handy so they $200k profit from my old house is money in the bank to buy new stocks.
I just sold MU and I’m keeping a lot aside for taxes but I just called my mortgage company and paid $150k of the principal. They flipped out I had my mortgage broker calling me telling me the benefits of not doing this. I did it any way. It’s a guaranteed 6.7% profit on what I already made.
Just wanted to thank XO. I told my wife that too. XO just paid off $150k of our mortgage. We all joke around but there’s sometimes 180 information on this board.
I went from making $60k as a shit lawyer with $250k in student loan debt to having over a $1 million net worth. Thanks bros.
