High 30s / low 40s is the point where it's "over" if it can't hold. It can go lower than that very briefly in a flash crash and be fine as long as it quickly gets back close to 40k, but spending a long time in the high 20s or low 30s would signal a geniune market breakdown. I am not saying it will necessarily touch any of those prices, just that those would be the levels where recovery becomes difficult and increasingly unlikely.
