Went out to Flushing recently and realized a few things:

- The mall was bustling with people. Made me realize malls can still work but they have to move away from being clothing centered. This place had everything Asians like. It had hot pot, Pop Mart, cafe cafe, Gatcha arcade, movie theatre, anime, tutoring, swimming, tons of high quality Asian restaurants and food halls. There was enough high quality experiences to make it a viable 3rd space, which is what these place need to morph into.

- Asian women are just a lot smaller than white women, which leads to them being much better looking on average. There were a ton of cute Asian women there compared to other places in NYC with white women aged 30 who look 42. With US culture really tapping into Korea/Japan (i.e. KPop Demon Hunters, Kdrama), we may see Asian women leap frogging white women in terms of desirability.
