Would you mind defining the things you're suggesting have ample evidence of existing?
Now that I've been made aware of their existence I want to know what I've got.

Literally decades worth of books about meditation and eastern mysticism allowing people to achieve higher states of consciousness. First introduced to the west in the 50s.
The phenomenon of Near death experiences. First revealed by moody in 1977 and since validated with scientific studies over decades of research.
Those are just two. There are many others.

Can you clarify whether by "plane of existence" you mean "state of consciousness"?
Is it broader than that?
If you could say a bit about what you mean by" higher" I'd appreciate that, too.
Thank!
