MUST HAVE elite school credentials, at least 5-6 years at a top law firm (or equivalent), and _absolutely no_ litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be an M&A or Capital Markets associate with a can-do attitude and a yen for knowledge who is deeply versed in the ins and outs of civil procedure, pleading standards, fact and expert discovery, and the civil appeals process (REPEAT: ABSOLUTELY NO LITIGATORS). If you have a passion for law (and you are NOT a litigator), please do not hesitate to contact Shaniqua Brown-Stein with a resume and an imaginative essay on your litigation expertise (the sky's the limit but to emphasize: NO LITIGATORS, not even one, we have had to repost this listing several times).
