Huge demand for this stuff after flipping a couple pieces quick and easy for 2-3x. Costs hardly nothing to store the items too. I’m taking out ads in prestigious local newspapers like on Martha’s vinyard. ChatGPT helped me with my business plan a lot.
Highest cost is insuring the items.

Like 100% margin
I’ve only done Less than Container Loads shipping so far and it’s $150-$250 per cubic meter, fluctuates a lot. Then US import duty is a small percentage of the declared value. Then $100-200 in custom broker fee. Then marine cargo insurance. There are a lot of middle men.
I got an antique French table for $2k, shipping and duties were $500, insurance another $300, sold for $7,500. My “white glove service” = me in a van.
I need to buy many items at once e so I can buy a whole container load for shipping
