Having more foster kids gives them access to a FUCK LOAD of more DEM PROGRAMS and FREE DEM MONEY.
Some will get the kids disgnosed with various mental disorders / disabilities / developmental disorders and get even more money.
Some will get kids diagnosed with ADHD, get DAT FREE ADDREALL from MEDICAID and sell it.
