For a long time, at least 20 years since I was in college, antizionism was considered distinct from antisemitism. There were (and are) many Jewish antizionists who were part of the movement to liberate Palestine. But after 10/7 I believe a Talmudic download was issued and suddenly all Jews everywhere began saying that antizionism WAS antisemitism, under the argument that 97% of Jews lived in Israel. Of course, we know the reason for this shift was to provide as much cover as possible for the genocide they were committing. And now thanks to that shift I do think people conflate Zionism with Judaism.
It was a bold strategy, let’s see if it pays off for them. Generally not wise to question High Ashkenazi IQ. |
