Yeah you can just grill it. But you have to cut it up into little pieces to eat it, and you have to use a lot of seasoning. It’s okay to eat but it’s like a snack, one that requires a lot of extra treatment to make palatable. See how Peruvians prepare it. It’s a street vendor thing down there.

Ended up just cutting it into strips and grilling them with salt and pepper. Came out good, not particularly chewy. Like a steak with a little bit of liver flavor. $3 well spent.
