He was showing how to take down a much bigger opponent and it was 3 moves:
1) As you are using your weak arm to keep distance by pushing away with an open hand, you suddenly grab his face by gouging his eyes with your index and middle fingers and grabbing his chin with your other three fingers.
2) As you are eye gouging him you are following with a punch underneath his chin by hitting him with your fingers tucked (middle knuckles).
3) Follow with quick hook to chin.
