What happens to this sort of extreme affirmative action case when it comes time to represent clients in an actual adverse proceeding.
The best case scenario here, assuming there’s no licensing exam in Mexico that screens her, is that she’s doing form wills and stuff with a bunch of hand holding/supervision.
