you get 20 off days. you can cook w the butter so long as the dish incorporates all the butter (eg, you can eat a saucy dish w the butter cooked in the sauce so long as you consume all the sauce, you can’t just fry fish in a butter loaded sauce pan and call it good).
the butter is free. delivered daily.
if you take the deal, you have the option of extending for another year on new terms: 6 sticks of butter, $5 mil (tax free), otherwise same terms.
do you take the deal? if so, take the bonus year? strategies?

Done.
It's all getting melted and put on things. Only other food I'm eating is lean meat.
I'm jumping on cardarine, which is a PPARδ agonist and will turn my body into a fat burning machine. Also definitely doing like 2 hours of fasted cardio every fucking day, and on the off days I am not eating at all.
Gonna be a slog, but doable

Lowest human equivalent dose in the cancer study is 35 mg, and you can get by with running about half of that with insane results.
The other thing about that study is that it ran for 2 years, on the same rats and mice. Incidence of tumors in these species at the end of two years is typically extremely high anyway, and a leading natural cause of death. Would be very nice to see several more 12 month studies.
Also, for $3 million, I think you can do it for a year.

This wouldn’t be too bad. I’ll just do 3-4 hours of zone 2 bike riding a day. Low risk of injury. Your metabolic rate will go up as you put on weight. You could likely get sufficient nutrients at 4000 total calories a day.

there's a very low risk of meaningful injury with low intensity exercise on a stationary bike. even if you lost a few weeks of exercise throughout the year, you are not going to gain a significant amount of weight from a butter + minimal nutrition diet.
the biggest concern is letting your LDL go crazy with all the fat. you would need to nuke it with statins, ezetimibe, fiber and possibly a PCSK9 inhibitor. anyway, i think this deal is a no brainer.
