of course it is meaningless, but we are imprisoned by the Will iirc. I try to practice Denial of the Will as much as possible but of course I am imperfect, just as a practicing Christian could never hope to live up to the standards of their faith.
there are those who really "lean into" phenotype expression though, due to some misguided notion that we should have some sort of patriotism for our predicament as conscious biological organisms. they think we should keep making more of us until we all evolve into...something and blanket the globe with our uncanny unreality. I don't know why anyone would care about this. Space-Time is just a container for Death to grow in. Why feed the machine? I know the question is useless, but I am compelled to ask it anyway, possibly because I majored in Liberal Arts. Discuss.
