The article isn't clear, but it looks like she's pled to a multiple victim allegation under CA's "One Strike Law" for sex offenses, which basically imposes mandatory *consecutive* terms of 15 years to life for each offense when there are multiple victims.
The One Strike Law is really draconian; it takes what would otherwise be lewd and lascivious act with under 14 subject to 3 5 or 8 years, and bumps it way up based on the multiple vic allegation.
They went after her hard if she's admitting to this. |
