I texted the guy and he sent me photos of some of his work which was much nicer and more intricate than I was looking for. I told him I'd like a bold swastika on my right pec. He said no prob and I went to his place about a week later. $500 cash and a few hours of work and I was done. Haven't seen him since. If you're in the Chicago area I can give you his details.
