This cell phone footage is WORSE than bodycam footage for Ross

It leaves you with the impression that that was what Ross saw before he drew his gun, because the video cuts out immediately afterward.
In reality he had already drawn his gun and made the decision to shoot at that point, but the cell phone video leaves you with the opposite impression. |
