It literally took twenty minutes just to get his phone unlocked. Two-factor authentication is utterly beyond their comprehension. These entitled fucks come in with their "Vietnam veteran" hats and stupid windbreakers and just fumble and stumble around like dumb animals. Walkers and wheelchairs everywhere.
