Excruciating experience this afternoon where I had to help an 80 year-old guy with a smartphone and show him how to sign up for something. It literally took twenty minutes just to get his phone unlocked. Two-factor authentication is utterly beyond their comprehension. These entitled fucks come in with their "Vietnam veteran" hats and stupid windbreakers and just fumble and stumble around like dumb animals. Walkers and wheelchairs everywhere. They don't know their PIN number, don't know how to use a card, don't know their zip code, don't know ANYTHING.
