Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows
Right-click the Windows key, select New > Key, and name it Explorer.
Inside the Explorer key, right-click, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value, and name it DisableSearchBoxSuggestions.
Double-click DisableSearchBoxSuggestions, set its value to 1, and click OK.
Restart your computer or restart the Explorer process (via Task Manager: end explorer.exe and run it again) for changes to take effect.

You can create a virtual machine, give it access to a usb drive and boot the windows installer off that drive. It's like having one single windows PC you can use from any other device, even your phone using airplane wifi
