Of note, Africans, Asians and Europeans all diverged genetically about 40k years ago...so where would neanderthal DNA come into play for just a few groups. Africans have zero neanderthal DNA but lots of Asians have the same or even more. Oddly Africans have another admixture from a group like neanderthals but there is only the genetic shadow of these people. We don't have any physical evidence.
