That's not the kind of thing that'd be easy to enforce. Also, underlying all of this is the fundamental principle of contract law, which is that freedom of contract requires a mutual agreement, and that can be changed at any time, unilaterally or bilaterally, and whether there are consequences for such a change is a different issue.
