My *guess is that just as in the US, the beautiful migrants in Europe (excluding the Roma) commit fewer crimes per capita than the citizens do.
Of course we don't want them committing any crimes at all, but when social media ignores the crimes committed by regular punters and only mentions crimes committed by migrant geezers, then "over-hyped" is the correct term. |

Are you aware of the study that stat originated from? They compared immigrant communities to those in the US from the same socioeconomic class. So basically new poor immigrants were compared to ghettos and trailer parks. They committed slightly fewer crimes. Pretty bullshit stat. |
