Date: April 16th, 2017 1:00 AM Author: Nighttime bbw kitty cat Almost every major company these days rates employees based on absurd "customer satisfaction" surveys that can have a dramatic impact on promotions, bonuses, and even employment. It's gotten to the point where employees practically beg customers for a top score via emails and multiple voicemails until the "survey" is completed.
I'm somewhat immune from the situation due to my position and also the fact that I always do a good job, but the proles beneath me live in fear of these ridiculous surveys. Isn't it sickening to see what GC has done to people? By the way, if you liked this poast, please give me five stars on Yelp. Thanks, and have a great day! |
