Also outsourcing is huge right now. Also H1Bs. All of it and all at once.
I'm part of the team that is bringing in the AI tools. The leaps forward are palpable. I needed to get a training done for a policy I own. The training group had something done in a week because GenAI did the heavy lifting and it was actually good. Now we will spend several weeks refining it but generally this stuff takes 6 months and is often a worse result.
All of which is to say, there's no area that is really safe right now from this. And there's also no stopping it.
