low energy and low sex drive are the most commonly reported symptoms. My sex drive is at zero, which doesn't bother me. Energy I don't know -- it has been so long since I had a break from training I don't remember what it felt like energy-wise to not destroy myself daily

I eat under 1,500 cals per day. Like I said, I don't know if my energy is low or not. I run 5 miles per day and do about 90 mins of home workout per day, then I work on my feet 3-5 nights per week for 8 hour stretches. It feels like garbage, but I don't remember what it felt like before this became my routine.

No, after 8 years of lifting I do not really make strength gains. I have lost around 30 pounds so I am far from my maximum strength. I am going to reactivate my gym membership in the autumn and try to restore some strength

Based on your workout regimen I would estimate you’re at a 2:1 calories burned/consumed ratio. That is unsustainable long term and should only ever be done for a competition or very short term cut. You need to get back to a 4:3 or 5:4. Just eat and eat clean my man.
