At the time of the OP, Harper was a freshman who'd played a total of 3 college games and was expected to be the 2nd best player on his team.
You'd probably never even heard of him.
He ended up being taken as the #2 overall pick in the draft. He's basically a bigger, more athletic Jalen Brunson and will absolutely be a star in the nba.
