I'd do a 40 day water + electrolyte fast, walk 4-5 hours per day, and the day before the weigh-in dehydrate like an MMA fighter.
Can I also do an ammonia bath and exfoliate off my top dead layers of skin? |

40 day water fast would be brutal. And likely unnecessary. You could probably make it doing a few 2 days fasts with 400 calorie days between.
Lots of walking is crazy, but ljl at doing it on day 30 of a strict fast. |

-10 lbs of intramuscular water + glycogen lost the first week as I get into solid ketosis. -13 lbs of muscle lost. I lift everyday and I'm lean, so when I stop lifting regularly muscle drops off fast. -11 lbs fat loss -6 lbs lost in final few days through dehydration. |
