My foot hurts so much I can barely walk.

I went for a walk yesterday, 3 miles or so, got home and my foot was starting to hurt, took it easy for the rest of the day. Well now my foot feels incredibly tender to bear weight on, probably like a 8/10 if I put weight on it, and maybe like a 3/10 if I am sitting, laying down propped up on a pillow I get some good relief and it’s maybe 2/10. JFC my body is falling apart. |

It's not caused by uric acid build-up though, which is the marker of gout. That's the closest thing though. Basically my foot begins to swell and swell like a balloon. |
